Broadway albums are often grand in production and vocally performative. I sought to do the opposite. The singer/songwriter in me wanted to strip down these Broadway selections to a simple piano/vocal with the intent of highlighting the heart and soul of the lyricist. My personal favorite is Living In The Shadows from Victor/Victoria as it speaks so intimately to my experience growing up. Other favorites are Not While I'm Around, Corner Of The Sky, and One Song Glory. This is one of the most intimate Broadway albums you will find.
