30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags/packaging. Include your receipt or order number.
How to start a return

Email levi@levikreis.com with your order number and what you’d like to return.

We’ll confirm eligibility and send return instructions (and a label if applicable).

Do not ship anything back until you hear from us—unapproved returns aren’t accepted.
Return shipping:
If we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged, we cover it.
For all other returns (fit, preference, etc.), you cover it.
Original shipping fees aren’t refundable.
Exchanges
Want a different size or item? The quickest path is to return for a refund and place a new order once your return is approved.

If you’re unsure about your item, email us before you send anything back.
Damaged or wrong item
Please inspect your order on arrival. If something’s off or damaged, email levi@levikreis.com within 7 days with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Your bank/issuer may need a bit more time to post it.)
If it’s been 15 business days since approval and you don’t see it, email us.
EU customers — 14-day cooling-off
If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase. (Return shipping rules above still apply.)
