Order Processing

Most orders ship within 2–3 business days.
During performance or tour periods, shipments may be delayed until I return home, but all orders are fulfilled as quickly as possible.

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. If you don’t see tracking after a few days, check your spam folder or email me directly.

Domestic Shipping

Orders within the United States typically arrive in 3–7 business days after shipment.
Delivery times may vary depending on carrier performance or holidays.

International Shipping

International orders are accepted and ship via USPS First Class Package International or equivalent service.
Delivery time varies by destination—usually 2–4 weeks.
Import duties and taxes are included in checkout where applicable, so there are no surprise fees on delivery.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order seems stuck in transit or marked “Delivered” but not received, please contact your local carrier first—then reach out to levi@levikreis.com if the issue isn’t resolved. I’ll help track it down.
