Welcome to Levi Kreis Shop. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Levi Kreis. This online store, powered by Shopify, allows you to purchase official merchandise, music, and related products directly from Levi Kreis Productions.

By using this website, you confirm that you are of legal age in your state or country, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian to make a purchase.

When you shop here, you’ll be asked for information such as your name, billing and shipping address, and email. You agree that all information you provide is accurate and up to date. You are responsible for any activity that happens under your account.

Products & Availability

I do my best to represent all products clearly and accurately. However, colors and textures may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.

Product descriptions, availability, and pricing can change at any time without notice. Some items are limited edition or one-of-a-kind, and once they’re gone, they may not return.

Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy. Orders are accepted once payment is processed. I reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for any reason — for example, if an item sells out or if there’s a pricing error.

Please double-check your order before checkout. Orders are final once confirmed.

All purchases must be for personal use — not for resale.

You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information and to keep your payment details current.

Pricing & Taxes

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and may change without notice. Sales tax, duties, or import fees (where applicable) are calculated at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. When I’m touring or away from my studio, shipping may be delayed until I return — but you will be notified via email if that is the case. Every order is fulfilled as soon as possible.

Once your package is handed to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside my control. Delays from customs, weather, or the carrier may occur.
