I wanted my first holiday album to feel piano-centered and polished, but with a touch of Americana. There is some gorgeous pedal steel and fiddle work in this collection. I also have Vance back on the drums and Dave on guitar. You've heard them in previous recordings. Hard Candy Christmas, River, and O Holy Night are favorites. Run Run Rudolph was a staple for us in the cast of Million Dollar Quartet during the holidays. I have Eddie Clendening, the actor who originated the role of Elvis, on this track with me. I think it's probably a pretty unique take on these songs and I hope you enjoy!
